My Order

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that products are delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive your order with damaged items inside, please contact us on our line +233 543930070 (phone & WhatsApp) or on our email address temmysbeautyshop@gmail.com immediately, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

Deliveries are made on the next business day for locations within Accra and within 2-3 working days for locations outside Accra. The delivery company will notify you when the rider sets off to deliver. If there is any delay, we will contact you on the progress of the delivery.

Your 100% safety and satisfaction is important for us and as a result, we do not accept returns and/or offer exchanges for products already delivered to a customer except for damaged (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels.

We urge you to carefully inspect your package upon delivery to ensure the items are intact.

In the unlikely event that the item(s) ordered is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 – 48 hours by telephone, WhatsApp or email.

Where your parcel is lost in transit, you will be notified promptly of this development as soon as we become aware of it.

Upon such notification, we will proceed immediately to rectify the issue. If after 5 working days from the date you were notified your parcel still cannot be found, a refund will be paid into your bank account.

Shipping and Delivery

The delivery company will notify you via a phone call to inform you that the rider will deliver that day.

No, we currently do not offer same-day delivery.

Yes, you can pick up your items from our location – Tema Community 22. Kindly select the pick-up option during checkout. However, please note the following:

 

  1. Pick-up orders are processed within 24 hours.

  2. Only proceed to the pick-up center after you have received a notification that your order is ready for pick-up.

  3. Come along with your order number as your pickup reference
